The star kids Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor are all set to appear together in an OTT film produced by Karan Johar. The duo was recently spotted having fun on the film set in Delhi, where they enjoyed some ice-cream for a scene. A video of their candid moment has gone viral on social media, giving a glimpse of their chemistry and camaraderie.

Ibrahim, the son of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, and Khushi, the daughter of Boney Kapoor and late Sridevi, have been roped in for a romantic comedy that will stream on a leading OTT platform. The film is being directed by Shauna Gautam, who has previously assisted Johar on Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.

Ibrahim and Khushi spotted on an icecream date in Sunder Nursery, Delhi

In the video, Ibrahim and Khushi can be seen walking around the Sunder Nursery, a heritage park in Delhi, while holding ice-cream cones in their hands. They are dressed casually in winter wear, with Ibrahim sporting a beige sweater and Khushi wearing black co-ords. The walk seems like a part of the movie scene as the video shows camera moving along with both of them as they take a walk in the park.

The film is the second project for both Ibrahim and Khushi. Ibrahim will be seen in Johar’s Sarzameen, a patriotic drama co-starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Kajol, while Khushi was last seen in The Archies, a Netflix adaptation of the popular comic series, where she plays the role of Betty Cooper.

“It’s being planned as a direct-to-digital project to be produced by his digital wing, Dharmatics. The film will be directed by Shauna Gautam. The makers are in talks with a leading OTT player for streaming rights,” a source had revealed to Pinkvilla.

The film is yet to get a title. “It’s one of those romantic comedies that Hindi Cinema is known for. However, Karan and co. feel that the palette of narrative fits better for the OTT than the big screen. It’s planned and will be executed as an OTT original,” the source added.
